| There will be No money refund on any returned items. We DO take returns on pre- made items. However, you have one week to comply and return the item unworn,unscented & undamaged. There will be NO money refund,only store credit. S&H is the customers responsibility. CUSTOM ORDERS* PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT MEASUREMENTS BEFORE ORDERING We DO NOT take returns on custom orders Unless it is a flaw on my part then it will be considered depending on the matter. Make sure the measurement are correct and if you need help in doing so I can assist you just email or call me!! If your gear doesn't fit due to wrong measurements on your part, I will do alterations. Alterations fee is $20 per hour. Customs wait period 3- 8 weeks I try to make every custom with the utmost quality and energy. This takes time Please be patient with the process I am one woman operation. Also payment is due immediately or pre-discussed arrangements must be made. If you are a little low on cash I can take half down before gear is made and half upon completion. There will be a $25 fee for delinquent payment for an order or backing out of a custom order if a space has been saved for you. Due to time with consultations and space for others this will be required. I apologize for the inconvenience on this matter. PAYMENT METHOD consists of Paypal is preferred method. In US dollars Money Orders and Personal or Business Checks. I also have a LAYAWAY PLAN for up to one month on orders over $100 (on a limit of 3 items)There is NO REFUND on account payments. All items will be held up to 2 weeks time period till first payment goes through. After that the product will go back up for sale.
